Skin Health Care Secret 2 - Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a best for your skin, that will fight with the infection & protect your body as well as give you energy and keep your body fit. Vitamin C is also rich in your health. Below are the some tips of getting it in your day to day life.
 
1. Vitamin C Contain Fruit - Orange :-
Orange is a best fruit for your skin as well as healthy & energy drink. It is rich in vitamin "c".
As you have listen "One Apple a day can make doctor away" , Well that is right but also you do same with orange. Eat at-least one orange per day.
In many ways you can use orange, You can drink orange juice daily on morning before going to office or anywhere. or just eat one orange per day. Do not throw the orange pulp(cover), it will be used for curing your skin. After eating an orange collect the pulp(cover) of it and make it liquid with the help of mixer or any mixing material & then rub that lotion at your face and leave it for 5-10 minutes not more than 20 minutes. And then wash your face as we have describe in our previous post.
Note: Please do not mix directly orange pulp, Mix it with liquid of cereal(Dal).
As I have posted in previous post that infection is main reason that will make you loose your skin beauty and health. So this orange will help in clearing the infection, eatning it daily will make you look pure and out of infection's.
 
2. Other Fruit's and Vegetables - Vitamin C 
Lemon is also rich in vitamin c, you can use it in rice and cereal. you can also put that on any food, vegetables and eat. It will do same as orange do but not much helpful as orange.
Note: Do not eat too much vinegar, it can be harmful for your skin health.
There are many fruits and vegetables available in the market from which you can cure your skin health.

Secret of glowing skin health - Skin Health Care

Wondering about how to look beautiful, glowed & pimple less.
Well first of all skin health is most important in 2014 era. So, before telling you the secret method of getting nice glowed skin, I want to say that we are not recommending or advertising about any products such as cream, lotions or face-wash.
So here we go, Gift of nature let your skin being healthy..

Steps to improve:

1. Increase of water
Water is the most important thing beside of any other.
Drink as much water you can a day. Water help us in many ways, it will grow muscles, height, etc. It will also purify your blood and internal parts and fight with infections.
Beside of drinking water. You also need to wash your face in such a manner just through water from your hand to face 2-3 times without even actually touching it.
Then use a cotton cloth, or soft hanky and just slide on your face softly, then remove the cloth and leave it for a while as is.

2. Decreasing of touching.
This is second main secret behind the care of skin.
In this era, many children's or people use to always touch their face. Most of people suffering with having pimples were snatch, rub or scratch their pimples as they think doing this will be help in removing pimples, but actually it turns opposite and grow more and more pimple.
I suggest you not to even touch your face and follow our all process & check the result.

3. Decreasing of Salt & Oil.
Salt will affect so hard and may lead lots of having illness. The skin problem is one of them out of many.
Salt also react your blood and may lead in infections.
I suggest you to decrease as much salt as you can and never put salt on the table of dinner. Decreasing of salt will cure your skin and increase the glow.
